Refund:

No refund is allowed under all circumstances.

Return:

Return requests can only be accepted within 7 days of delivery, and defective item(s) is/are required to meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and with all the original tags and labels.

If you need to return, please email us at mso@magazzin.com, provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the defective item. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your return request within 5 business days.

*You are responsible for any additional fees such as shipping and taxes incurred as a result of return.
